Consulting
In our consulting service, we evaluate your chances of becoming a supplier to retail chains and develop a detailed entry plan. We then guide you through the process to ensure your entry is as swift and efficient as possible.
How it works?
01
Zero Workshop
The Zero Workshop is the initial phase where I engage with the supplier to verify if they meet the essential requirements necessary for working with retail chains. This workshop is free of charge and aims to save both your time and mine by assessing basic eligibility early on.
02
Offer Creation
Based on the information and materials provided by the supplier, we create a tailored commercial offer. This offer is crafted to meet the demands of retail chain buyers and, where possible, is customized to suit specific retail chains.
03
Prospecting
We identify retail chain buyers responsible for the relevant assortment. We oversee the contact process until we receive feedback from the buyer. It’s crucial to note that in this step, we act as advisors, working alongside the supplier’s salesperson or owner, guiding them on how to initiate and maintain contact.
04
Documentation
If the feedback is positive, we assist in preparing for audits, signing documentation, meeting formal requirements, and preparing packaging. This ensures the supplier is fully prepared to meet the retail chain’s standards.
05
Trading
We help in organizing the first supply programs, arranging delivery documents, packaging, and other necessary paperwork. Importantly, we do not act as a key account manager; instead, we guide the supplier’s salesperson in dealing with the retail chain, ensuring that the established contact remains with the supplier and not us.
